Cancellations:
Reservation cancellations
will need to be made 10 days prior
to your arrival date, otherwise your
credit card will be charged for your
complete reservation. In addition,
there is a $15.00 reservations cancellation
processing fee.

Check-in time:
We always like to personally
welcome you, so we have set aside
the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
for your arrival. If you are not be
able to arrive during those hours
please advise us as soon as possible.
In certain instances, especially late
at night, we can arrange to leave
a key to the front entrance and to
your room in a secure location. If
your arrival time changes due to weather
or other delay, please keep us updated
so we can arrange a quick and stress
free check-in.

Families with children:
In planning your vacation
getaway near the Colorado Rockies,
our Dream Suite is specifically designed
with children in mind, and sure to
please the whole family. The rate
for the Dream Suite is based on single/double
occupancy, and the rate of for each
additional person per night is $20.00.
The Dream Suite is set-up to comfortably
accommodate 4 people. A crib and roll-away
bed are also available upon request.

Farewell time:
Our farewell time is by 11:00 a.m. While we always hate to say goodbye, we like to take a few minutes for pictures and sincere and fond "see you soon".

Forms of Payment:
We gladly accept cash, travelers checks, Master-card, Visa, and American Express.
A credit card is required to confirm and hold your reservation.

Guests with mobility concerns or disabilities:
Unfortunately, our inn is not structured to accommodate individuals that have mobility concerns or disabilities, but we are happy to recommend another inn that is appropriately appointed.

Non-smoking - Non-open flame candles or lamps:
Smoking is prohibited inside
the inn. You may smoke outside in
the garden area. As we always recognize
the allergy and health requests of
all of our guests, requesting that
you not smoke inside the inn, is appropriate
for everyone's comfort. The smell
left by smoking in the room - not
to mention the possibility of fire
- requires us to charge anyone's account
$250.00 if found that the guest may
have smoked inside the inn.
This policy also applies to any candles
or open flame lamps. We provide "electric
candles"for a romantic ambiance.
Anyone found to have violated this
fire safety precaution will be charged
$250.00.

Parking:
Park in front of the inn on Spencer Avenue. The neighborhood is residential and our
neighbors also park on the street, but there is a common courtesy for parking for our
guests, directly in front of the inn. We also park our car on the street. As with anywhere
else, we remind you to remove any valuables and lock your car.

Pets:
In respect of our allergic
guests, we do not have accommodations
for your pet. We most certainly know
where you may find a "pet hotel"
and will be happy to recommend one
to
you upon request.

Unusual Requests:
Should you want to create
a special Rocky Mountain memory for
that someone special, and our Packages
or Inn-ovations just don't quite have
your unique personal touch, please
do not hesitate to ask us to help
you with the planning and arrangements.
We are happy to accommodate any legal
and reasonable request for a modest
fee if it requires the purchase of
goods or services. We love surprises
and a challenge.
Special dietary requests are always
acknowledged; just let us know when
you make your reservation to stay
with us in CO.
