From the Colorado Springs Airport

Proceed west out of the airport (Drennan Rd)
Powers Blvd turn right (north)
Fountain Blvd turn left (west)
Follow Fountain Blvd to Interstate 25
Take Interstate 25 North
Take exit 141 to Manitou Springs (turn left at the end of the exit - west)
You are now on Highway 24 heading west
Take the Manitou Avenue exit - go right at the end of the exit - west
Go Past the Police and Fire Department
The first street that you can turn right on after the Police and Fire Department is Canon Ave
(Landmarks: St. Andrew's Episcopal Church and the town clock (statue of the greek goddess Hygeia)
Turn right on Canon Avenue
You will come to a Y in the road in front of the Cliff House Hotel
Keep to the right through the Y
Go two blocks to Spencer Avenue
Turn left on Spencer Avenue (it is the only way you can turn)
At the top of the hill is another Y in the road.
Keep to the left through the Y
Sunnymede will be just on your right at 106 Spencer Avenue
